These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and products operated by Lisovate ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Gdynia, Poland. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Lisovate provides software products and tools for developers and software teams, including but not limited to Skeech, Lisium, Zorvid, and agent-ws. Some products are free and open source, while others may require a subscription or payment in the future.
Some of our products require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Our proprietary products, branding, and website content are owned by Lisovate and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open-source products (such as Skeech and agent-ws) are licensed under their respective open-source licenses as stated in their repositories.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through our products. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Some of our products use AI to generate content (code, designs, text). You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before using it in production. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
Certain products (such as Skeech) allow you to use your own API keys for third-party AI providers. You are responsible for compliance with those providers' terms of service. We do not store or access your API keys beyond what is necessary to route requests.
We strive to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
Products that are currently free may introduce paid tiers in the future. We will notify users in advance of any pricing changes. Paid subscriptions, if applicable, are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your account data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisovate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gdynia, Poland. If you are a consumer within the EU, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
